Reservation Confirmation

• - All bookings are subject to room availability.
• - A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, or SMS.
• - Advance payment may be required during peak seasons, holidays, and special occasions.

Check-in & Check-out

• - Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• - Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Identification

• - Every guest must present a valid Government-issued Photo ID during check-in.
• - Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.

Payment

• - We accept Cash, UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers.
• - Full payment must be completed before or during check-in unless otherwise agreed.

Children Policy

• - Children below 6 years stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• - Extra beds or mattresses are available at an additional charge.

Special Requests

• - Early check-in, late check-out, room preferences, or decorations are subject to availability.
