Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation Charges

•  More than 7 days before arrival - 100% refund (excluding payment gateway charges, if applicable).
• 3 to 7 days before arrival - 50% refund.
• Less than 72 hours before arrival - No refund.
• No-show reservations are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

• - Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method.

Booking Modification

•  Reservation dates may be changed subject to room availability and applicable tariff differences.

Peak Season

•  Bookings during Christmas, New Year, festivals, long weekends, and public holidays may have different cancellation terms.
